IP address – an individual number usually assigned to each device connected to the Internet. System log – an automatic computer record of the information transmitted to the server by the User’s device during each connection. In particular, it may contain an IP address, which allows to determine, with some approximation, where the connection to the website came from.
Materials – any content made available on the Website against payment or free of charge, including advertising content. Service – the information website available at www.contall.pl and sub-addresses, together with Materials, functions and services available through it.
User – a natural person or a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, acting with the use of a device or an information system, using the information resources of the Website, from the moment the Website’s Internet address or sub-address is called up until the moment the browser’s window with the page address so called up is closed.
General provisions
The Privacy Policy sets out the principles for the protection of personal data of Users who are natural persons using the Website. The administrator of the personal data is Contall Piotr Biliński with registered office in Czaplice 18, 78-630 Człopa, NIP: 7631843929, REGON: 572110725 (hereinafter referred to as “Contall Piotr Biliński”). Contall Piotr Biliński is the owner of the Website and a service provider within the meaning of the Act of August 26, 2002 on electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 114, item 1204 as amended).
User Data
When using the Website, a User who is a consumer provides the following personal information in the order form: name(s), surname, PESEL number, series and number of identity card, residential address and correspondence address, invoice details, e-mail address, contact telephone number. In case of Users who are not consumers, the buyer additionally indicates the designation of the entity which is not a natural person by indicating its name and legal form. The data are provided by the User voluntarily, but their provision is necessary to use the Website. Personal data of the Users will be processed by Contall Piotr Biliński only for the following purposes:
a) rendering services as part of the Website by Contall Piotr Biliński or by entities acting on its instructions;
b) promotion and direct marketing of goods or services offered by Contall Piotr Biliński or, on the basis of the User’s consent, also offered by other entities indicated. The personal data will be processed for the period necessary for rendering of services within the Website and for investigation of potential claims related to the use of the Website.
User Privileges
The user who has provided Contall Piotr Biliński with his personal data has the right to access the personal data and to receive a copy thereof. The User may also request rectification of personal data, deletion of data, restriction of processing, as well as has the right to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes, the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which from 25 May 2018 is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. The above rights are exercised by sending an appropriate request to p.bilinski@contall.pl together with data that will enable the User to be uniquely identified and the request to be fulfilled in accordance with the submitted request. If the personal data are necessary for the provision of the service, the request for their deletion is treated as a statement on the termination of the contract for the provision of a given service and brings the effects specified in the Regulations.
Sharing personal data
Contall Piotr Biliński does not make the personal data of the User available to other entities for any other purpose than those resulting from the purpose of the Service. Personal data of the Users may be transferred to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, including judicial authorities. Contall Piotr Biliński may also transfer User data to justice authorities in order to protect its own justified interests or to assert its rights, including also in the case when a User by his actions violated the law or the rules of the Website. The Administrator, its employees and entities operating the Website have access to the data provided by the User in the Website. Using some services in the Service may involve sharing or transferring User’s personal data.
Security of User’s Personal Data
Contall Piotr Biliński declares that it processes the User’s personal data in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46WE (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Polish regulations on personal data protection. The User’s personal data is processed with the use of appropriate technical and organizational measures which ensure the protection of such data. Despite the application of safeguards complying with current knowledge and standards, the risk of personal data being used by unauthorized persons as a result of a theft crime cannot be excluded.
Data related to browsing the Website
Contall Piotr Biliński collects information related to browsing the content of the Website by Users, in particular such information as IP address, date and time of visit to the Website. Contall Piotr Bilinski does not combine such information with personal data of the User and does not use it to identify the User. Contall Piotr Bilinski uses the information mentioned above exclusively for statistical purposes and to improve the functioning of the Service. Contall Piotr Biliński uses the so-called “cookies” files. Cookies are text information serviced by web browsers in order to facilitate browsing on the Internet. No personal data is collected or processed by means of cookies. Cookies enable adjustment of the Website to individual settings and preferences of the User. Contall Piotr Biliński also uses cookies from external entities which enable optimisation of marketing communication, counting of the users’ traffic on the Website and personalisation of content (e.g. advertising) coming from external sources. User can at any moment disable in his browser the option of accepting Cookies. However, this may cause difficulties in using the Website services, which may result in some functions on the Website being unavailable or working incorrectly. The Website uses Google Analytics, Google AdWords and other analytical tools that help determine how Users use the Website in order to improve the Website. These tools use cookies.
